Sankore Academie is een Pan-Afrikaanse instelling voor hoger onderwijs op EQF Niveau 6, geworteld in de rijke kennistradities van Afrika en gericht op de hedendaagse ontwikkelingsbehoeften van Afrikaanse en Caribische gemeenschappen wereldwijd. Wij bieden een rigoreus HBO Management curriculum dat academische excellentie combineert met Afrocentrische pedagogiek en praktijkgerichtheid. Sankore Academie is a Pan-African institution of higher education at EQF Level 6, rooted in Africa's rich knowledge traditions and oriented toward the contemporary development needs of African and Caribbean communities worldwide. We offer a rigorous HBO Management curriculum that combines academic excellence with Afrocentric pedagogy and practice-based learning.

Every module, every lesson, every student carries this principle. The environment we create is designed to cause automatic elevation.

Een tweejarig deeltijdprogramma op EQF Niveau 6 dat managementexcellentie combineert met Afrocentrisch denken, coaching en praktijkgericht onderzoek. A two-year part-time programme at EQF Level 6 combining management excellence with Afrocentric thinking, coaching and practice-based research.
Onze methodeOur method
Sankore's pedagogiek is gebaseerd op praktijk als oriëntatie en wetenschap als fundering. Wij werken in workshopvorm, met coaching als rode draad door het hele programma. Sankore's pedagogy is based on practice as orientation and science as foundation. We work in workshop format, with coaching as the thread running through the entire programme.
Studenten mediteren op een leeg A4-vel om te leren kijken voorbij het zichtbare oppervlak en de onderliggende verbanden te zien. Na een maand is deze methode geïnternaliseerd. Dit is de pedagogische handtekening van Sankore. Students meditate on a blank A4 page to learn to see beyond the visible surface and perceive underlying connections. After one month, this method is internalised. This is Sankore's pedagogical signature.
Coaching is geen bijvak bij Sankore — het is een structureel onderdeel van het hele programma. Elke student heeft recht op individuele en groepscoachingsessies per kwartaal, ondersteund door het Sankore Coach-competentieprofiel. Coaching is not an elective at Sankore — it is a structural component of the entire programme. Every student receives individual and group coaching sessions each quarter, supported by the Sankore Coach competence profile.
Studenten leren niet alleen van docenten — zij leren van en met elkaar, van de praktijk en van de wereld om hen heen. De docent is een facilitator van bewustzijn, geen leverancier van informatie. Students learn not only from teachers — they learn from and with each other, from practice and from the world around them. The teacher is a facilitator of consciousness, not a supplier of information.

De HBO Management opleiding is bedoeld voor professionals die door wat voor reden dan ook nog geen HBO-diploma hebben behaald — maar wel over HBO werk- en denkniveau beschikken. Wij kijken naar wie jij bent en wat je kunt, niet alleen naar papier. The HBO Management programme is designed for professionals who have not yet obtained a higher education diploma — but who demonstrate HBO-level thinking and working capacity. We look at who you are and what you can do, not just your credentials.
Heb je nog geen HAVO of MBO? Wij bieden ook een Pre-Bachelor traject (6 maanden) als instap naar de HBO-opleiding. No HAVO or MBO yet? We also offer a Pre-Bachelor pathway (6 months) as an entry route to the HBO programme.
